Designer lines to make an Impression

Impressions Wholesale has revealed plans to promote its annual offering of exclusive, design led furniture at the upcoming edition of Furnitex next month.

Co-founder Mario Latina said the company planned to release a number of design led ranges a year, with recently introduced lines and products including the Ende range, the Lapis TV unit and the Cahaya living, dining and bedroom range (Cahaya wardrobe pictured).

Hailing from a high quality factory in Indonesia, with which the company had secured an exclusive relationship, the ranges were marked out due to their craftsmanship, distinctive designs and competitive pricing structure. There were also unique in Australia, he said.

With an established track record in retail, Impressions had entered the wholesale market last year and was targeting the independent retail sector as well as housing companies, architects and designers.

“We’re pretty optimistic about Furnitex,” Latina said. “The only concern is the current economic situation, which may mean that buyers are staying on the cautious side. However, on the upside, what we can offer is a unique and distinctive range that is very competitively priced.”

In addition to its annual releases of designer furniture, Impressions carries a wide selection of rustic furniture. The company operates an outlet and showroom at Bundoora in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Impressions Wholesale will be on show at Furnitex from15-18 July at Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
